The Proth-Pro has been specifically designed to help alleviate the problems associated with donning above knee prostheses with a suction valve mechanism. This new donning device has one single seam which results in a very strong product with an improved lifetime. The product is made from a light smooth material, which minimizes friction between the skin and a socket and in turn reduces the pain caused by friction when donning the prosthesis. As a result, the device also reduces the physical strain required to don the prosthesis.
